The Tweed Coast Tigers take on the Byron Magpies this Saturday in the clash of the round.
The Tigers are on a high after beating Lismore, Nimbin, Ballia and smashing Coolangatta in the last week but this weekend will be a true test of Tigers current form.
The Tigers narrowly went down to the Pies in Rd 1 by 2 points and are determined to secure the points to keep them on top of the Summerland League table.
Whilst Byron have been struggling with losses to Lismore, Cooly and Ballina the Tigers should be firing on all cylinders this Saturday with a fully fit squad to choose from.
However the Pies are the reigning Premiers and never to be taken lightly.
The Game this Saturday has been moved to the Tigers backup location of Round Mountain and will be preceded by the Northern Rivers U/16 representive side.
Round Mt is a picturseque location (half way between Cabarita and Pottsville), and whilst the Tigers are sad to leave Pottsville oval for this round, the new location is touted as the future home of the Tigers Football club, which wiill allow the club to expand to have U/16 and U/18 teams as well as host Summerland Legaue finals.
All Tigers supporters are encouraged to bring a chair, a esky and a loud voice to cheer home the Tigers in this crucial clash.
